Many girls have taken the training provided by The Learn and Uplift Foundation, Canada. The program has made them confident, built their self-esteem, given them computer skills and other skills for the retail and service industry.

The self-paced courses provided by LAUF are simple and easy to understand and makes learning interesting and effective. Since the online courses are in English with Hindi audio, the girls who only spoke their native tribal language, also learnt Hindi and some English during the training.
